The hotel's rooms, although a bit on the small side, had everything we required and were clean, comfortable, and a bit old-fashioned. The service was extremely helpful and beyond expectations, although there was a mix-up with my room assignment initially. The location was convenient for exploring Florence on foot, with easy access to the center and attractions, although it was close to a car park. The dining experience, apart from the limited hot choices at breakfast, was exceptional and of good quality. Overall, a great stay with friendly staff, but with some room for improvement in certain areas.
